Challenges - Best Practice Personal Training



We will have 4 fun events throughout the year at strategic times, which will be short and very focussed programs aimed at ‘kick starting’ activity in the ‘hard to get going’. They will not be the answer on their own, as we believe a longer term approach is required for life long improved health and fitness.

These Challenges however, can be a great catalyst for changing habits and are really well suited to those who would describe themselves as having a “short attention span” and not really the “gym type”. Our goal is to help you change that view of your self by awakening the joy that can be found in regular movement.

But for now just think about the short term challenge ahead 🙂 You never know where it leads!
