545am -6.30am. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Investment is $249 per 4 week cycle of sessions. Initial 12 week program.

New clients will have an assessment and movement appraisal before starting to ensure individual training levels are understood and exercise selection appropriate for each person. This is valued at $165 and is included.
