No excuses

Anthony Gillespie is a 20+ year veteran of the fitness industry having started with a 'Fitness Leaders Certificate' back in 1990. After playing and teaching tennis overseas and taking a 1930's timber motor cruiser from Sydney to the Whitsundays he started a personal training business in Brisbane. After studying 3 degrees at University and 15 years of running Best Practice Personal Training, he is still learning and coaching people who want a healthier second half of their life.
