It then plans for you, in the right proportions what you should be consuming to achieve your goal in a sensible time frame. The program has some amazingly tasty and healthy recipes along with dietitian designed meal plans that you print out on a week to week basis. It will even give you out a shopping list to make things as easy as possible. This is a great tool that you can use by yourself or in conjunction with the training you are already doing with us.
