Here’s What to Expect at
Your FREE Online (via Zoom) Re-Energise Me in 2020 Session​

1. A Consultation & Training Session Designed for You – All Online!

​I will go over your health history, any injury concerns and discuss where you are at right now fitness wise. A very low fitness level is okay! All this is to make sure we keep you safe but still have an energising and useful workout (5-10 minutes).

2. Get Loose and Feeling Great

I will take you through a great warm-up incorporating some muscle tissue techniques you may never have seen or used before. Rest assured they are designed to get your body feeling loose and ready for moving well (10-15 minutes).

3. An invigorating workout

I will take you through a combined mobility, strength and cardiovascular workout that will give you a ton of energy and spike up your metabolism. You’ll feel energized and happy when you finish up, not exhausted (20-30 minutes).

4. No obligation trial of our personal training membership, which includes 1 X 45 min session and all access to our small group training program for 1 week

You’ll get a chance to see what it’s like to be part of our community. You will enjoy a ‘face to face’ session with one of my expert passionate coaches and if you like, participation in on our online small group training program. You will be able to decide if you think we are the ones to help you get a healthy routine of exercise started and then importantly, continue it. In these challenging times of social distancing (we prefer to label it ‘physical distance’) we all need social connection more than ever.
