Exercise where you love

This is a great ‘hybrid’ exercise meaning you are working upper and lower body together in one tough little movement. The core needs to be switched on to keep form. This was from a holiday workout I put together. Sorry about the wind noise but it also adds to the surfside feeling, which is nice I think 🙂

Just further to the heading, it’s important to put as many things in your favour as you can to build the habit. Exercising where you love is a good start to having another good reason to do what needs to be done 🙂
