Just a quick one letting you know that we are having a barbecue and would like yawl and any friends interested in your amazing fitness routine to come along.

Friday (I am pretty sure it is Friday!) September 27, 2013 here at the pool on the deck from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

The BBQ has a twin purpose. One is to say fare-yee-well (properly this time as I messed up days and dates last time and got sidetracked with a mate who was going a short jog from Brisbane to Sydney!)  to Eoin who has been a great staff member and is moving on, though not to greener pastures necessarily (- in my opinion at least! does it get any better than here?) and the other is to simply celebrate the end of Winter and socialise a little.

There will be music, food, refreshments and dancing girls (katrina for example, although I can’t promise she will be dancing!). There will be a few lucky door prizes too including a one month gym membership including the all new Functional Movement Screen and program worth over $150, a high quality Swiss ball worth $67 and a sample pack of our new line of all natural protein snacks – yummeee.

So you can see it is an event not to be missed.

Fill in this form  to let us know if you and a friend or two (but just you is okay) can grace us with your presence!

Remember, the more the merrier.

So let’s say goodbye to Eoin, (sad to see him go) and Winter (good riddance to that one and those cold mornings!).

Small Group Training 2022

Small group training has so many benefits and it can be still offered in a way where the risk for infection is minimal if not zero.

Motivation

The Clean Slate

We are early in the New Year and hopes are high for a good year. Always! This is the reason I love this time of year because it reminds of the hope I used to (probably over optimistically) possess at the beginning of every set of tennis I played competitively. Why so? Well the beauty of a game of tennis is such that no matter how bad you did in a previous set or even game for that matter, you get to start at love all, i.e. zero, i.e a clean slate! How awesome is that?
